This article is a tribute to all the Muslim sisters who sometimes feel less-worthy and under-estimate their value. We have come with Friday’s motivation for you to lift up your spirits in case you have been facing some blues lately. Many of us are aware of the elevated status that has been set for Muslim women in Islam. But it is important to remember those Hadith from time to time so you can share and care.
As a daughter, opens the door Jannah.
The Prophet (P.B.U.H.) said;
He, who has two daughters and takes care of them in a befitting manner, he and I will be in paradise as close as two fingers.
A daughter brings a whole atmosphere of positivity in the house. With her childish and caring nature, she never fails to make others happy. A home with daughters always echoes with unending laughter.
As a Wife, completes half of the Imaan of her husband.
Qur’an says,
Greatest blessing after Imaan is a virtuous wife.
The wife is the most precious person for a man. She makes a home into a safe haven by her virtues. She not only becomes the shield for her husband but be her support through every thick and thin. As it is said that only good men deserve good women. It is because women have the power to make or break a home.
As a Mother, Jannah comes beneath her feet.
Qur’an says,
Jannah lies beneath the feet of the mother.
How lost is every child without a mother? A child might be closest to his father but no one can replace the position of her mother. She is a friend, a guide, a teacher, a philosopher. She sacrifices her whole life for the happiness of her children only to build a brighter future. Have you read our article on the special status of mothers in Islam? It is a must-read and will not take more than 2 minutes of your precious time.
So, the next moment when you think that you are not worthy of attention and respect, remember how Allah has treated a woman and what status He has given to you. Find happiness within because then only you can make others happy.
